We are located at 1201 Third Avenue, Suite 3090, Seattle, WA 98101 (between Seneca and University Street). Please note that our complimentary parking is located on the Seneca Street side of the building.
From South of Seattle:
North on Interstate 5 and take Exit 165 / Seneca Street (Left Side of Freeway). Follow Seneca West until you reach our parking garage just past Third Avenue on the right-hand side of Seneca Street
From North of Seattle:
South on Interstate 5 and take Exit 165B / Union Street (Right Side of Freeway). Follow Union Street West until you reach Fifth Avenue. Turn Left onto Fifth Avenue. Follow Fifth Avenue until you reach Seneca Street. Turn Right onto Seneca Street continue West until you reach our parking garage just past Third Avenue on the right-hand side of Seneca Street.

Please be aware that Third Avenue is restricted to Metro Buses only between the hours of 6:00am through 7:00pm.
From South of Seattle:
